






The Lean Startup Week Conference is a seven-day immersion into Lean Startup methodology led by star practitioners in big companies and hot startups from around the world. The conference consist of thousands of thought leaders and avid community members for a week of keynote talks, interactive workshops, speed mentoring, industry dinners, bootcamps, and startup tours at the scenic edge of San Francisco. Lean Startup Week was inspired by Eric Ries' Book: The Lean Startup. I lead the production team for the Lean Startup Week in both 2016 & 2017. The event hosted over 3000 attendees in San Francisco both years. My responsibilities included: - Coordinate venue logistics - Coordinate shuttle service around SF - Interior design - Support and manage Registration via Bizzabo - Manage community partnerships - Coordinate logistics for partner events - Coordinate logistics for sponsored events - Coordinate social activities - Site / Venue Research, Selection and Management - A/V Management - F&B - Budget Management - Support for the Marketing and Sales Team - Coordinated Startup Tours at Slack, GitHub, General Assembly, Pivotal and WeWork
